Why You Should Hire our Firm to Investigate Your Rollover Accident

Klein, DeNatale, Goldner has experience representing clients in side-by-side, ATV or UTV accidents since the early 1990's. We filed the first side-by-side rollover case involving a Yamaha Rhino in 2004.

We have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in developing the expertise in this area through tests with mechanical and biomechanical engineers, human factor experts, and accident reconstructionists.

Our team meets with every potential client within a very short time frame of contacting our firm.

Most importantly, as of January 2008, we have settled 11 out of 11 cases that have come up for trial.

The Side-by-Side market

The side-by-side vehicle is a new breed of the traditional Utility Vehicle (UTV). Vehicles of this type are also referred to as All Terrain Vehicles (ATV), Recreational Utility Vehicles (RUV) or even golf carts. This type of vehicle is often faster, narrower and has a higher center of gravity than the traditional UTV, allowing it to travel places the traditional UTV could never have imagined. These very aspects that distinguish the side-by-side from a traditional UTV also make the side-by-side more susceptible to rollover accidents. Since the introduction of the Yamaha Rhino® and Arctic Cat Prowler®, there has been a rush to enter the market by other off-road companies seeking to get a piece of the action. Team Joyner USA has created the 650cc Commando® and Kawasaki has recently introduced the Kawasaki Teryx®, now available for sale. There are also a large number of Chinese manufacturers developing side-by-side, UTV or ATV vehicles that will become available in the United States very soon.
